First PR in a UI consistency stack: shared tokens and primitives that drifted. Every fix is one style file or token, so it reaches every page that uses it.

Changes

One status palette. success, warning and info were raw Tailwind colours that ignored the theme, so in dark mode a healthy dot drawn with bg-success (AWS) was a different green from one drawn with bg-severity-info (Cloudflare, tone primitives). They now alias the logs severity scale: success = severity-info, warning = severity-warn, info = severity-debug. Light mode barely moves (same Tailwind values); dark mode converges.

Card uses the Panel radius and padding. Card was rounded-2xl with p-6 while Panel, the card radius everywhere else, is rounded-md with p-4. Card now matches, and the overview rails drop their rounded-2xl/px-6 override.

14px control icons. Select, combobox and tab icons were 16px while menus were 14px. They are 14px now (16px on touch).

Undefined tokens. border-border-active (service-map node hover and selection), hover:ring-border-active and text-dim (dashboard picker) rendered nothing. They now use foreground/30/foreground/40 and text-muted-foreground. The dead .trace-timeline-bar rule (var(--hover-bg), no element uses the class) is deleted.

TOKEN_FALLBACK is regenerated from the dark theme. It still had the indigo template palette (--primary: #6366f1).

Checked and left alone: inputs are 32/28px like buttons (the audit's 30px reading missed the wrapper border), and toolbar search stays sm to match the sm buttons beside it.

Verification

• bun run --cwd apps/web typecheck and packages/ui typecheck pass; bun run check:tokens OK.
• Vitest: 243 tests in overview, service-map, dashboards view and ui.
• Screenshots: /lab/* routes before (origin/main) and after, dark and light, 1440px. Light-mode AWS is pixel-identical, as expected.
