feat(alerts): Google Chat as a notification destination - #1990
Adds a google-chat alert destination: paste a space's incoming webhook URL and alerts arrive as cards.
What it does
Card: headline, summary in the alert's accent colour, severity and group rows, the chart, Open in Maple and Ask Maple AI buttons, and a footer with the sparkline, incident and time. A rule's custom template replaces the headline and summary.
Threading: messages are keyed by rule and group (dedupeKey) with REPLY_MESSAGE_FALLBACK_TO_NEW_THREAD, so a resolve or reminder replies under the trigger that started it.
Validation: the URL must be https://chat.googleapis.com/v1/spaces/<id>/messages?key=…&token=…. The server checks this on save and the form runs the same check before it sends. The stored summary shows Space <id>; key and token stay in the encrypted secret, and spans record the path, never the query.
Errors: 401/403/404 get messages specific to Google Chat. Retry classification is unchanged.
No migration: type is text and config is jsonb plus an encrypted blob.
Verification
google-chat.test.ts: URL parsing, thread key, HTML escaping, chart/buttons, template path, status messages.
AlertsService.google-chat.test.ts: a bad URL is a validation error; a good one saves with a redacted summary, and Send test posts a threaded card to the webhook.
Guard flags in render.test.ts updated; web alerts, domain v2 contract and alchemy suites pass; typecheck clean for domain, backend, api, web, web-data, alchemy-maple; go vet clean.
Not yet tested against a real Google Chat space: that still needs a Workspace space with a webhook.

Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Added Google Chat as an alert destination, with webhook setup and alert delivery support.
Google Chat alerts can include formatted cards, links, optional charts, and threaded replies.
Added Google Chat support in the web interface, API, iOS destination labels, and Terraform provider.
Bug Fixes
Webhook URLs are validated, and credentials are excluded from destination summaries.
Documentation
Added Google Chat setup instructions and updated destination configuration guidance.
Google Chat spaces could not receive alerts: the generic webhook ships
Maple's own JSON envelope, which a Chat incoming webhook rejects.
Adds a first-class `google-chat` destination that takes a space's incoming
webhook URL, encrypted at rest like every other channel secret.
- Each alert is a cardsV2 card: headline, summary in the alert's accent
colour, severity and group rows, the chart, Open in Maple / Ask Maple AI
buttons, and the sparkline, incident and time in a footer. A rule's
template replaces the headline and summary, as it does for Discord.
- Messages are keyed to a thread by the rule and group (`dedupeKey`) with
REPLY_MESSAGE_FALLBACK_TO_NEW_THREAD, so a resolve or reminder replies
under its trigger; a space without threads posts it top-level.
- Card text is a small HTML subset, so every dynamic value is escaped.
- The URL is checked at save time (https, chat.googleapis.com,
/v1/spaces/<id>/messages, key and token present) and the form mirrors the
check. The summary shows the space id; the key and token never leave the
encrypted blob, and the span records the path only, never the query.
- 401/403/404 get Chat-specific messages; classification is unchanged.
Also in the v2 API, Maple.AlertDestination (with a changeset), the
Terraform provider, the iOS OpenAPI spec and the docs.
No migration: `alert_destinations.type` is text and the config is jsonb
plus an encrypted blob.

Walkthrough
This PR adds Google Chat as an alert destination across API contracts, backend configuration, web interfaces, and delivery. The backend validates and stores webhook URLs, then sends threaded card messages to Google Chat.

API create and update schemas and request mapping now accept Google Chat destinations and webhook URLs. The Alchemy resource and backend secret configuration include the new destination type.
The backend validates webhook URLs, summarizes the space, stores the URL as a secret, and retains the existing URL when an update omits it. Web forms support creating and editing destinations. Provider labels and setup documentation include Google Chat.
Threaded Google Chat alert delivery packages/backend/src/services/alerts/delivery/transports/google-chat.ts, packages/backend/src/services/alerts/delivery/dispatch.ts, packages/backend/src/services/alerts/delivery/transports/google-chat.test.ts, packages/backend/src/services/alerts/delivery/transports/render.test.ts, packages/backend/src/services/alerts/AlertsService.google-chat.test.ts
The new transport parses Google Chat webhook URLs and sends escaped alert cards with thread keys, optional charts, and links. Dispatch routes Google Chat destinations to the transport. Tests cover URL parsing, rendering, provider responses, and destination notification delivery.
MapleTechLabs/maple#1934: Google Chat cards render Maple links, which use the incident-specific link behavior added by this PR.

A rule template's body is Markdown, and a card's text paragraph showed it
literally (`**checkout**`). It now gets the subset Telegram does: bold and
http(s) links, escaped first so only those tags reach Google Chat.
Checked against a real Google Chat space: trigger, reminder, resolve,
test and templated cards all post with 200, render, and the reminder and
resolve reply in the trigger's thread.
- The webhook field says why a pasted URL is not a webhook (a space link,
a missing key or token) instead of only disabling Save, and is no longer
masked, so the URL can be re-read.
- An empty `key` or `token` is rejected, on the server and in the form.
- A rule name or template title containing `<users/...>` no longer
mentions people from the message text.
`parseGoogleChatWebhookUrl` moves to @maple/domain/http, so the save-time
check and the destination form run the same code instead of two copies
that could drift.
F2 (duplicated validator): fixed in the latest push. parseGoogleChatWebhookUrl now lives in @maple/domain/http, and both the server check and the form use it.
Manual check against a real Workspace space: done in a private test space on the maple.dev Workspace.
Trigger, reminder, resolve, test and templated cards all returned 200 and rendered correctly.
The reminder and the resolve replied in the trigger's thread.
On this preview, creating the destination from the dashboard form worked, and its test notification arrived in the space.
A burst of messages hit Google Chat's limit of about one message per second per space (429), which the runner already treats as retryable.
Checked the head 8b8b83a rather than taking the push note on faith:
Shared parser: parseGoogleChatWebhookUrl is at packages/domain/src/http/alerts.ts:382, and both consumers import it — server at AlertDestinationsService.ts:24 (used on create at :562 and on update at :674) and form at dialog.ts:5 via Option.isSome(parseGoogleChatWebhookUrl(raw)) (dialog.ts:260-261). view.ts:309 now calls the same helper for the inline fieldError, so there is one definition and one behaviour. Option was already imported in dialog.ts (line 23), so the new call site resolves.
Parser tests: google-chat.test.ts:75-93 covers the happy path and the rejects that matter — wrong host, plain http, missing token, empty token, a space link, a bare token. That is the same set the server now rejects, so the form can no longer diverge.
So F2 is resolved; the finding can be dismissed.
On the manual check: the 429 claim is accurate — runTransport.ts:88 maps 408/429/5xx to AlertDeliveryError, the transient class (packages/domain/src/http/alerts.ts:1228), and a transport's describeStatus cannot change that (runTransport.ts:178). The 401/404 wording being exercised only against 404 in google-chat.test.ts:161 is fine to leave; the strings are just messages over the same status mapping, and the 401/403 → AlertDeliveryAuthError / 404 → AlertDeliveryTargetMissingError split is already covered generally.

Google Chat draws a message's `text` above its card, so every alert showed
its headline twice. The headline now goes in `fallbackText`, which is used
for notifications and clients that cannot draw cards. Checked in a real
space: the card renders with the headline once.

Adds google-chat as an alert destination end to end; this head touches only the transport and its test, where escaping, the markdown subset and thread keying hold. The open maple-webHttpClientError/NotFoundError issues are unrelated to the resources.go destination-list edit and are not addressed.
buildGoogleChatMessage builds a cardsV2 message with the headline in fallbackText
markdownToCardHtml escapes before rewriting **bold** and http(s) links
threadedUrl adds messageReplyOption=REPLY_MESSAGE_FALLBACK_TO_NEW_THREAD to the webhook URL
After this merges, Maple checks whether they stop.
