Keep the existing features, update optional integrations and prevent an intermittent Forge login stall. Refresh the build, release checks and Eclipse launches for Forge 47.

This brings the 1.19.4 version to Minecraft 1.20.1 and Forge 47.4.10.
Local checks passed: 77 unit tests, 39 GameTests, 14 comparison-tool tests, generated-data checks, dependency and jar audits, Eclipse isolation, packaged client/server runs and two byte-identical clean builds. All seven separate client/server mode checks passed, including older configs and intentional mismatches. The port's earlier qualification also covered legacy world upgrades and optional integrations, using disposable worlds. Manual testing is complete.
