The README introduces the project briefly. The performance table and the limits list return to their owners: docs/performance.md, Choose a sandbox backend, the Workspace filesystem protocol, Set up workspace storage and Suspension.

Removes the Performance and Limits sections from README.md and README.zh-CN.md, which return to their state before #875. The README stays a short introduction. The performance results remain in docs/performance.md; each limit is already stated in its owning page (Choose a sandbox backend, Workspace filesystem protocol, Set up workspace storage, Suspension).
