Description

Added new Get endpoint to retrieve Supplier management information
Added new Lambda to retrieve Supplier management information
Added terraform for new Lambda
Updated Open API specification
Added tests

Context

Currently a supplier can post management information via an api endpoint, however there is no corresponding endpoint to get management information. This change adds a new get management information endpoint to the API
