The
linux-openstudio-2self-hosted runner (vcpu36_1) mounted/srv/data/jenkins/docker-volumes/conan-data/.conan2, the same Conan cache the Jenkins Ubuntu builds use. Conan's cache isn't safe for two builds at once, and the Jenkins pipelines rewrite itsglobal.conf(they setcacert_pathto their own mount path, which broke this workflow in run 40802570433).This points the workflow at its own cache,
/srv/data/jenkins/docker-volumes/conan-data-gha/.conan2. That folder is already seeded with a copy of the shared cache, so nothing gets rebuilt. I checked innrel/openstudio-cmake-tools:noble-mainthat with HOME=/github/home it resolvescacert_pathto/github/home/.conan2/cacert.pem(NREL root included), and that cached packages like libffi are listed.Context: vcpu36_1 has also been removed from Jenkins and is now GitHub-only. Each container job creates a Docker network from 172.18.0.0/16, which overlaps the address the Jenkins controller connects from, so the Jenkins agent dropped for the length of every run.
