…is.utils streaming_utils.py already carries identical copies. The stale ones dragged muselsl into every analysis import, so the docs build failed on the n170 example.

analysis/utils.pyimportedEEG, so any analysis import pulled inmuselsl,which the docsbuild env doesn't install. Docs has failed on the n170 example since
1a5b387 repointed it at this module.
check/check_reportare already instreaming_utils.py, identically — deletedthe stale pair here and repointed the two CLI imports.
