Nominate @hesiod

I'd like to nominate @hesiod for a nixpkgs commit bit. They have been involved in quite a few much-needed clean-up efforts of largely unmaintained yet important packages, such as most of gst_all_1.*. While their PRs usually had some stuff to adjust, the things they are involved in are largely less than trivial, with a lot of required domain knowledge. There is instances such as NixOS/nixpkgs#549709 (review) where they attempted to block a PR as to not break user systems - but the block wasn't red, it was merged anyways, and promptly broke user systems. They are involved in complex contributions that are genuinely useful (NixOS/nixpkgs#552282), as well as general improvements to overall nixpkgs maintainability (NixOS/nixpkgs#558426, NixOS/nixpkgs#560889). Their ability to pick up patterns and practices quickly has been impressive, and has me quite hopeful some of our core packages get easier to maintain in the future. I'd absolutely love to see more of these improvements. They are also active organizing the Munich NixOS meetup, I'd very much hope their commit bit helps them seed more contributors doing this important work.
