[client-python] Withdraw references to release/current in CI #254

Description

@guzmud

Description

CI behaviors change regarding pyoaev version depending on the target branch and other variables, leading to conflicts in dependencies and outdated elements (due to release/current being deprecated).

Expected Output

pyoaev from pyproject.toml or from an override due to main (and thus pyoaev@heads/main) is used

Actual Output

Outdated pyoaev
