Make desktop installers discoverable at the start of Agent Canvas setup #1025
Description
About 36 visitors requested a download/installer. Current setup.mdx puts desktop preview instructions last, below uninstall.
Acceptance criteria:
- Include desktop preview in the initial install-method chooser and link directly to OS-specific installer instructions/releases.
- Explain preview limitations and bundled Node/uv without requiring npm/source setup for installer users.
- Verify Windows, macOS, and Linux download paths. This is discoverability work, not a request to build a new app.

Implementation PR for OSS-14878: #1061
Adds desktop preview to the initial install-method chooser with OS-specific links, moves installer instructions ahead of command-line prerequisites, explains preview limitations and bundled Node.js/uv, and corrects published installer filenames.
Validation: Mintlify build and broken-link checks passed; the latest-release page and Windows, macOS, Linux AppImage, and Linux DEB download URLs returned HTTP 200.
