Add a non-blocking emulator smoke job to PR checks - #134
Conversation
Runs the debug APK on an x86_64 API-34 emulator under NDK ARM translation and drives flows/pixelpilot_smoke.py from android-emulator-qa: accept the VPN consent, reach the no-adapter screen, then decode a synthetic H.264 RTP stream pushed to UDP 5600 and assert on the decoder's logcat milestones. Screenshots, UI dumps, logcat and verdict.json are uploaded as an artifact. continue-on-error until it has proven stable on hosted runners. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The pixelpilot_smoke flow has landed upstream, so the emulator job no longer needs the fork branch. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Summary
Replaces #133, which GitHub closed when its stacked base branch was deleted on merging #131. Same single commit, rebased onto master.
Adds an
emulator-smokejob topr.ymlthat gives a hardware-free end-to-end check of the videonative path:buildjob.google_apisemulator (reactivecircus/android-emulator-runner, KVM onubuntu-latest). PixelPilot ships arm64/armv7 only, so native code runs under NDK ARM translation.flows/pixelpilot_smoke.pyfrom android-emulator-qa: accepts the VPN consent dialog, waits for "No compatible wifi adapter found", then pushes a synthetic H.264 RTP stream to UDP 5600 viaadb emu redirand assertsAMediaCodec_configure: OKand output frames in logcat.verdict.jsonas an artifact.continue-on-error: truefor now. The harness checkout points at a fork branch until OpenIPC/android-emulator-qa#3 lands; then it should be pinned to a main SHA.Test plan
