docs: align the NOTES.md table so it reads as plain text

The board summary table in devices/gk7205v200_lite_cpplus-cp-unc-ta21l2c/NOTES.md is padded with spaces so its columns line up when the file is read as plain text (terminal, editor, git diff). Only whitespace and the dashes of the separator row change; the rendered table on GitHub stays the same.

Per .github/scripts/ci-matrix.py this narrows the PR build to that one device.
