Add plots to manuscript vignette #25

Add fig 4 and statistical summary tables to the manuscript vignette. At least subfigs (a) and (d).

Original code is here, but will need to be adapted (at least to use traitsview table) https://github.com/ebimodeling/betydb_manuscript

Rationale: these provide an example of how to join yields to managements and do downstream analyses.
