docs(web): fix relative links broken by the monorepo move - #82

Conversation
The deploy config, lockfile and crash-recovery store now live at the repository root or under src/store/persistence. Links from apps/web and apps/web/docs pointed at the old locations, so they now traverse to the root or use the moved path. Anchors and destinations are otherwise unchanged.

Quton reviewTL;DR Docs-only fix that repairs relative links broken when the editor moved into apps/web. Links to vercel.json and bun.lock now point at the repository root, and one link to crash-recovery.ts points at its new persistence/ folder. No code, config, or dependency changes. Lane: Note (no reviewable source changes). Reviewed 0 of 6 files; 6 skipped, listed under Review info. FindingsNo issues found in the reviewed changes. What changed in behavior

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
Update the link label to match the target path.
The target is now src/store/persistence/crash-recovery.ts, but the visible label still says src/store/crash-recovery.ts. Change the label so the changelog does not display a nonexistent path.

The repository has no link checker script, so I checked the links directly:
.mdfile (excludingnode_modulesand.git), resolved each relative link against the file's own folder, and reported targets that do not exist. Before: 8 broken links. After: only two remain, and both are inside inline code spans inapps/web/docs/backlog.md(`[link](image-url)`written as an example), not real links.git ls-filesconfirmsvercel.jsonandbun.lockare tracked at the repository root and that the store is atapps/web/src/store/persistence/crash-recovery.ts.apps/web/package.jsonand the rootpackage.jsonconfirm there is no deploy config insideapps/web.Not run: no build or formatter. The change is documentation only.
