Removes the
max-w-mdcap on the footer note so it only wraps when there isn't enough horizontal space. The footer'sflex-wrapstill handles narrow screens. Applies to the home, eRBACo, Users and Applications pages.Screenshots show the footer markup rendered on its own with the app's dark-theme colors and font, at 1100px wide, since the real pages need a database and an admin login.
