Four Vale errors.

  • CHANGELOG.md — "escapes the very quote it just opened" reads the same without
    "very".
  • README.md — "stricter and more correct" → "stricter and better defined".
Correctness is not a matter of degree, which is proselint's point.
  • notes/DESIGN.md — "acid test" twice, now "proving ground". The metaphor was
doing real work in both sentences, so it is replaced rather than deleted.

Also carries the fleet .vale.ini from PowderworksCode/ordnung#42 (identical
bytes), so main goes green on merge rather than waiting for the distribution
round.

Small wording fixes plus the fleet's updated .vale.ini from
PowderworksCode/ordnung#42, so main goes green on merge rather than waiting for
the next distribution round. The bytes are identical to the tier's.

Ordnung's policy tiers now carry the content that satisfies the checks they
raise, so these files arrive from the tier rather than from conf. Most of the
diff is that attribution changing.

Two real changes travel with it. The pre-commit hook no longer passes `.` to
Straitjacket, so a repository's own straitjacket.toml decides what gets scanned
rather than the hook overruling it. And .vale.ini stops gating on prose style:
write-good's ThereIs and So are levelled down to match the rest of its advice,
Vale no longer grades the style packages it downloads, and third-party notices
are left alone.

Second commit added: the fleet's managed files, brought current now that
PowderworksCode/ordnung#42 has landed. Folded in here rather than opened as a
separate pull request, so this repository has one to review instead of two —
they both touch .vale.ini and would have conflicted.

Most of that diff is attribution changing, because the tiers now carry the
content that satisfies the checks they raise. Two real changes travel with it:
the pre-commit hook stops passing . to Straitjacket, so this repository's own
straitjacket.toml decides what gets scanned; and .vale.ini stops gating on
prose style, which is what has been keeping fleet-lint red on main.

Generated by ordnung fleet sync — the content is the tier's, not hand-edited.
