Three fixes that landed in the tier and had not reached here. Generated by
ordnung fleet sync — the content is the tier's, not hand-edited.

.vale.ini reports errors only

fleet-lint's Vale job has been red on main across the fleet, and the
earlier fix addressed the wrong mechanism. Levelling write-good's rules down to
warning changed nothing: the action runs reviewdog with fail-on-error, which
fails a job on any annotation it posts. Ordnung's run failed on six findings
that were all WARNING and zero errors.

So the reported level has to become the gating level. MinAlertLevel = error is
what makes the levelling underneath it mean anything — style advice stops
reaching CI, defects still fail the build. Anyone who wants to read the advice
lowers it locally.

From PowderworksCode/ordnung#53.

fleet-lint.yml answers an edited pull request

pr-title reads the title out of the event payload, and renaming a pull request
raises none of pull_request's default activity types. A title corrected in
answer to the check therefore raised no event at all, and a re-run replayed the
payload that had already failed — the only thing left that could clear the gate
was another push, which a title fix does not have.

edited joins the three. hawk sits that event out: nothing a description says
changes what the compiler sees, and it is the one job here that can run half an
hour.

From PowderworksCode/ordnung#52.

scripts/publish.sh

(straitjacket and jawohl only.) already_published short-circuited every mode,
not just --execute. A dry run — the default — against a version the registry
already carries printed "nothing to do" and exited zero without packaging or
compiling anything
, which on every commit that does not bump the version is
every run. From PowderworksCode/conf#20.

A warning posted is a warning enforced, whatever the rule's own severity says.
Reporting errors alone is what makes the levelling underneath it mean anything.
