Ordnung's paranoid tier gained a job holding pull-request titles to the same Conventional Commits rule the commit-msg hook already holds commit subjects to. On a squash merge the title is what lands in the history, so it was the one message nothing graded. Generated by `ordnung fleet sync`; the content is the tier's.
