Problem
For Fitbit resting heart rate (RHR) data, the data download does not generate requests for all dates from past to present correctly.
Analysis
The FitbitRestingHeartRateRoute does not use startDateGenerator to create a range of requests.
Fix
This PR will implement startDateGenerator for RHR data so that requests are created correctly.
