Summary

• Add a simulated-bus I2C framework utest covering bus registration/lookup, message forwarding, 10-bit addressing, empty transfers, and missing operations.
• Verify transfer error propagation and let an independent thread acquire and release the bus lock with a bounded timeout after an error.
• Verify that the single-message master send/receive helpers return byte counts rather than message counts.

Refs #11972.

This covers only the I2C framework utest item. It uses a simulated bus and does not add a QEMU I2C peripheral model.

Verification

• qemu-vexpress-a9: scons -j4 passed.
• utest_run components.drivers.i2c.framework 2: both loops passed, with 6 units per loop and 12 unit runs in total.
• clang-format 22.1.8 --dry-run --Werror: passed for i2c_tc.c.
• Default configuration: scons -n passed.
• git diff --check: passed.

No physical I2C hardware was used.

完成后，提交将自动更新至 test/i2c-framework-utest 分支，关联的 Pull Request 也会同步更新。
Once completed, commits will be pushed to the test/i2c-framework-utest branch automatically, and the related Pull Request will be updated.
