There are a few slightly obscure parts of contributing to docs that would be helpful to write down, such as:
This wouldn't need to be super extensive, but since there's already a doc that covers writing codelabs it would make sense to have a general docs doc. It could be combined with the "Write a codelab" doc in a docs folder to reduce clutter.
