Adds Easypanel to Self-Hosted Cloud & PaaS with an explicit proprietary license model and permanent free software tier. I am its founder. The free tier allows three projects, unlimited services and deployments, and basic monitoring without a credit card; users supply their own server and pay any hosting costs separately. Official pricing: https://easypanel.io/pricing

The inclusion criteria allow a genuine non-expiring free tier as an alternative to FOSS, and this shelf already includes self-hosted deployment tools. Repository and all-state issue searches found no existing Easypanel entry or submission.

Validation: pnpm run validate passes all 518 items, pnpm run build passes, and the product URL returns HTTP 200. The prescribed link checker was attempted but terminates in existing scripts/check-links.ts:188 with TypeError: code.includes is not a function; no checker changes are included. Generated catalog, category documentation, sitemap and new tool page are included; existing unrelated tool-page footer count churn was omitted.

#56)

PR #56 was submitted directly as a PR (not via the issue bot flow), so the
automated contributor credit was never added to build-readme.ts.
Added deiucanta alongside louis030195 in the Community Contributors table.

- scripts/build-readme.ts: new <td> for deiucanta with role Easypanel (PR #56)
- README.md: rebuilt to reflect the change
