This follow-up keeps PR CrocSwap#3605's source, native construction, owner allocation, and paid profile fixed, and sharpens its certified complex endpoint from 24 to 60 decimal places. A fresh exact owner/moment/outer replay regenerates all 2,717,280 roles, checks the 60-digit endpoint and successor with the positive-binomial certificate, retains the independent predecessor checks, and passes all 63 strict outer inequalities and 17 rejection controls. The exact rational gain is recorded in research/staged-644-660-conditional-release/evidence/PRECISION-60-REFINEMENT.json.

The inherited full source/native/physical/prefix release remains bound at the predecessor endpoint; this patch recertifies the refined endpoint's owner/moment/outer arithmetic on the unchanged profile. It does not prove the inherited all-size compiler, uniform-cost, physical hosting, recursive precision, recovery, PR559 transfer, or BIT H1–H5 assumptions, does not update the selected result, and makes no runtime claim. Prepared by SovereignSteak with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; reused construction lineage and notices are retained.

Validation used Python 3.14.7 with NumPy 2.5.4 because the local Python 3.12 installation lacked NumPy and package-index DNS was unavailable. Please rely on the new exact-head hosted CI for the declared Python 3.12 environment. The final clean registered replay passed locally in 212 seconds; its receipt and result hashes are in VALIDATION.json and evidence/PRECISION-60-REFINEMENT.json.
