Use neutrino vertex for particle propagation correction

Description

This PR fixes a recently spotted bug when computing the particle propagation time. The interaction vertex was being taken from every PFP's vertex instead of the neutrino interaction vertex.

Reverting last commit as it should be included together with #967 . This should fix CI errors.
