Preserve the object kind when registering comments.

The CTAS path can create a managed Iceberg table with table_kind="DYNAMIC TABLE" and table_format="iceberg". These calls pass only table_format, so _create_column_comments uses its default "TABLE" and emits ALTER ICEBERG TABLE. The comment command then fails and is caught, so the table is created without column comments.

Pass table_kind through both fallback calls. Use the dynamic-table comment form for managed tables. Snowflake documents dynamic-table column comments under ALTER DYNAMIC TABLE, separately from ALTER ICEBERG TABLE. (docs.snowflake.com)

Review comment at @sqlmesh/core/engine_adapter/base.py around lines 836 - 838:
Update both fallback calls to _create_column_comments to preserve the object
kind: pass the effective table_kind from kwargs at the first call and the local
table_kind at the second, defaulting to TABLE when absent. Keep passing
table_format so managed Iceberg dynamic tables use the appropriate dynamic-table
comment form.
