Description

Translated the remaining English sentence in the Japanese contributing documentation.

Also updated Pass to パス for consistency with the surrounding Japanese text.

Motivation and Context

The Japanese contributing page still had a short untranslated paragraph about using Selenium test web pages for code examples. This change improves translation completeness and
readability for Japanese readers.

Types of changes

• Change to the site (I have double-checked the Netlify deployment, and my changes look good)
• Code example added (and I also added the example to all translated languages)
• Improved translation
• Added new translation (and I also added a notice to each document missing translation)
