    👋 Hi João Mendes (@joaojmendes),

Thank you for reporting this issue. Here is an AI-generated initial response:

Classification: Bug — the reported failure to render even the default Copilot component is inconsistent with the documented SPFx deployment flow, but its cause is unconfirmed. The type:bug-suspected label is a triage signal, not confirmation.

Upgrade check: You report SPFx 1.24.0-beta-5, the latest beta listed in the v1.24 release notes. No fixing version is documented for this symptom.

    What to do now:

    1. Follow the deployment tutorial: confirm the app is enabled tenant-wide, then explicitly prompt Copilot to call the component’s tool and select Allow.
    2. Use -developer on. Share the error text, Actions/execution status, browser console and failing network requests, plus request ID and timestamp.

Thanks for reporting this. We were able to reproduce the issue in Microsoft 365 Copilot web. When the agent invokes the Copilot Component, the component UI does not render and Copilot displays “Sorry, something went wrong — Can’t load the application on this page.”

We’ll raise this with the engineering team for further investigation and share updates in this thread when available.
