Issues with "stepped" slider

Hey!

I've encountered 2 issues with your library, that made me go for copying Google slider code and apply desired changes myself :<

1. Snapping to step behavior doesn't seem to exist, basically what we get by specifying the number of steps is the dot interactors for steps and nothing by that.
2. In my case I had to get rid of the dots, basically making it a stepped slider, without visible steps. This wasn't possible with the API your library exposed (same goes for Google slider).
