Claude web mounts the plugin's skill directories but does not expose its root guidance declaration. Ship an identical declaration beside sofa-status/SKILL.md so the existing status workflow can report compatibility. Retain the root copy for Claude Code and bump the plugin package from 0.1.2 to 0.1.3.
Package CI now requires the companion, rejects mismatched or linked copies, and includes it in release-version comparisons. Skill prose, guidance identity (1.1.2), digest calculation, and MCP settings are unchanged. This is a packaging release; the existing guidance can correctly report update_available.
