requires ST4206+ This commit converts plugin functionality to solely rely on *.sublime-file-icons - removes overlay package - required theme patches to maintain size and tint are created in cache directory
Renames icons/single -> icons/mono icons/multi -> icons/color
Solely rely on .sublime-file-icons files to assign icons.
This commit adds a "UI: Select Icon Theme" command palette entry. Note: It supports selecting a single theme, only.
