This PR adds my final term blog post for Summer of Bitcoin 2026.

Changes Included:
Added my author profile to _config.yml
Created new post: 2026-08-17-building-a-functional-test-framework-for-braidpool.md

The post describes the design ideology of the test framework for the Braidpool repo, the mistakes I initially made and what I learnt from them.

Thanks for sharing this report! Before we can publish it, please add a valid featured image: and its file under assets/images/blog_content/, and make the front-matter author: exactly match the _config.yml key. It currently uses Kushagra Kinra, while the profile key is Kushagra Sharma.

@kushagra0902 Thanks for the update. The author-key mismatch is fixed, and the current head passes a local Jekyll build. Two publication blockers remain:

  • Add the required featured image: field and the matching file under assets/images/blog_content/.
  • Proofread and update the closing sentence: THe -> The, repositry -> repository, and rewrite “bugs are leaked to production.” Also, Braidpool PRs #491 and #526 have now both been merged, so the sentence should no longer say the framework is “in review.”

Relevant guidance: front matter, images and media, writing style and technical accuracy, and the pre-submission checklist.
