Prepare Kernel 1.1.9 by assigning the existing ExpressionLanguage security entry to the release dated 2026-10-15.

The package requirement and runtime source match the reviewed and merged PR #16. Full local Composer QA, locked audit, expression/container smoke checks, downstream dependency canaries, and pre- and post-merge hosted QA passed for that source. This preparation changes only the changelog header; git diff --check passes. Required hosted checks will validate the release-preparation head before rebase merge.

Independent review approved exact release-preparation head cb65964 without blocking findings. The only change from the reviewed main commit 33561a3 is the changelog heading: Unreleased becomes 1.1.9 dated 2026-10-15. The entry covers the full delta since v1.1.8. The commit's SSH signature verifies with the existing SymPress release signing key. Runtime source and dependency requirements are identical to the already reviewed, locally tested, downstream-qualified PR #16. Merge is gated on the current release-preparation head's required hosted checks.
