[Bug] SQL Server error 3981 on minimal COMMIT TRANSACTION #44
Verified through the real plugin JSON-RPC boundary against SQL Server: both BEGIN TRANSACTION; COMMIT TRANSACTION; and a transaction that inserts a row, commits and reads it back succeed with the beta.4 candidate (mssql-tds 0.2.0). The transaction count returns to zero.
PR #54 adds a permanent live regression test and prepares v1.0.0-beta.4. All 34 live database tests pass locally; the release is waiting for the remaining build/CI gates.
We verified the exact BEGIN TRANSACTION; COMMIT TRANSACTION; batch from this report, plus a transaction that inserts a row and commits successfully. Both are now covered by a live SQL Server regression test, and the published macOS ARM64 binary passes it too.
Please update the SQL Server plugin to v1.0.0-beta.4 and try again. If error 3981 still occurs with this version, please let us know your SQL Server version and the batch that triggers it so we can investigate.
