MSMC configuration guide already exists in dedicated FAQ rst file: How_to_Configure_MSMC_memory.rst Remove duplicate section from: How_to_Guides_Frequently_Asked_Questions.rst to consolidate MSMC instantiation in one location. This keeps MSMC inclusion via Jacinto tocs and correctly excludes MSMC from AM64x, which lacks MSMC subsystem. Signed-off-by: Judith Mendez <jm@ti.com>
