Reconciles the public structural snapshot candidate on the new N2 proposal#46. Finaldb991c51dc15e8e47a0356a66ae7e03f4ed51b98 preserves NAV6 snapshot/ownership/S/V/compiler/external-consumer bytes and adds exactly23 public declarations (Inspection67, Navigation56), with no additional product. Immutable source owns finalized preorder/parent/edge/range metadata; explicit path/value/span lookups each have an independent full-source admission. Ordinals are snapshot-local; no durable identity, constant full lookup or RSS claim.

Validation: Native38935477994 and Linux38935478006 pass all native/safety/docs/archive and both Linux runtime/safety jobs. Native747/Linux731 functions+325 parameters/config; TSan50/49. Node WASI643+288/config; direct WasmKit44 I/S/V cases/config plus the external14-case Node consumer; both Apple SDK27.2 strict Release compile/link; Debug/Release/ASan/strict/TSan,2-positive/20-negative ownership codegen,18 external negatives and3 compiled guide blocks/config. DocC1144 authored declarations,9 catalogues; actual generated site9 navigator indexes/1753 routes/8754 links verified. All49 caps/126 identities retained. Actual source archive is Git-free reproduced and materialized locally.

G4 performance remains HOLD under the owner's instruction: no quiet-host retry or native timing/RSS/speed claim. SDK compilation is not mobile runtime; limited WasmKit is not the whole root. Source-root transfer and immutable read-value alias accounting are disclosed logical policies. Original #42/#43 refs remain unchanged. Dependent draft only; separate owner decisions required, no merge/ready/tag/release/deployment.

Superseded by the reconciled Navigation V1 integration #59, squash-merged as 0cb8ca4. This historical head is NOT reported as merged. N1/N2 already on main were preserved; only missing N3/P1 deltas were reconciled, compiler/API audited and qualified on current main. Fresh remote exact-revision Snapshot14 and Projection16 consumers passed Debug/Release on the merged source. Original source refs, patches and historical failures/evidence are retained; this branch is not deleted. G4 remains HOLD with no performance claims under the explicit owner disposition.
