Prepare the 1.7.1 patch source after the JSONSchema native test-host correction in #75. Report
1.7.1through the existing CLI authority, refresh its deterministic source digest and literal regression, and add the changelog and focused patch notes. No runtime fix, public API, product, dependency or deployment policy changes in this PR.Validation: public inventory 1,510 files / 49 finite metrics / 3 profiles; 26 qualification harness cases; 22 documentation-tool cases; focused CLI version regression 1 function passed. Native, safety, docs, Git-free archive and Linux ARM64/x86_64 behavior/safety must pass on the final source before protected integration and tagging. The initial sandbox cache-denial attempt is preserved separately from the successful compilation.
Owner requested preparation of 1.7.1, its verified annotated tag and a draft release with qualified assets. Publication remains separate. Parallel 1.8 PRs #71/#74 remain untouched. Historical Navigation G4 HOLD and Transform dispositions remain unchanged; no new performance claims.
