Summary

• Downgrade baseline-browser-mapping from 2.11.31 to 2.11.30 so frozen installs meet the existing 24-hour minimum release age policy.
• Deduplicate prosemirror-history to 1.5.1. Input rules previously used 1.5.0 while the editor used 1.5.1, so closeHistory metadata was not recognized and divider autoformat undo failed.
• Keep all supply-chain policies intact. Both changes are lockfile-only.

Verification

• vp install --frozen-lockfile passes all 2,074 supply-chain checks.
• Core unit suite passes: 104 files, 1,372 tests passed, 20 expected failures, 9 skipped.
• Existing divider autoformat regression test fails before history deduplication and passes after it.
• git diff --check and commit checks pass.
