build: publish mobile beta 1.10.0-beta.2

Prepare the 1.10.0 beta update with versionCode 11002.

• Retry SABR playback after raw socket connection failures.
• Continue automatic recovery attempts with a capped 60-second interval until connectivity returns.

Validation:

• Android unit tests, lint, debug and release builds passed.
• API 34 emulator recovered the same BBC Earth VOD after 20-second and 80-second private-gateway outages, without user input or app restart.
• Android CI passed on dev commit f196b81.
