[New Plugin]: MCRIT Similarity #382

Plugin Description

Adds MCRIT as a provider in Binary Ninja's Binary Similarity sessions (Ultimate 6.0+), next to BinDiff and WARP. Each edge A -> B is exported to SMDA reports from Binary Ninja's analysis and matched with MCRIT's MatcherVs (MinHash and PicHash). Matches render as side-by-side diffs in every view the session offers, and can be applied like the built-in providers' results.

It works with an MCRIT server (REST API or mcritweb), or with no server at all: setting the server URL to builtin runs MCRIT inside Binary Ninja, using the optional mcrit package.

This is separate from the MCRIT plugin added in #378. That one is MCRIT's own interface for browsing a corpus; this one plugs MCRIT into Binary Similarity sessions. Both can be installed side by side.
