Adds `npm run typecheck` (tsc --noEmit) so CI and local devs can verify TypeScript without a full build. Mirrors the script that already exists in JaMmusic and web-jam-back. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
