📐 Maintainability & Code Quality | 🔵 Trivial | ⚡ Quick win

Exercise the local choice in the delegation test.

This fixture forwards getModeConfigId directly to shared storage. The other changed fixture also returns a mocked saved ID, so neither test checks whether delegation uses this provider's local selection when another window has changed the shared ID. Add a case with distinct local and shared IDs and assert the child's selected profile. As per path instructions, “Require regression coverage at the lowest valid harness with behavior-focused assertions.”

Review comment at @src/__tests__/ClineProvider.delegation.spec.ts at line 299:
The delegation test fixture should expose a distinct local mode selection
instead of forwarding getModeConfigId directly to shared storage. Add a case
with different local and shared IDs, then assert that the delegated child uses
the provider’s local selection, preserving behavior-focused regression coverage
in the existing test harness.

After applying the fix, consider running `coderabbit review --agent` for local
review. Visit https://docs.coderabbit.ai/cli?utm_source=ghpr
