abap2UI5/insights numbers its essays in reading order now (#1 is read first, no gaps), and that changed most slugs. This PR repoints the redirect stubs at the current slugs:

  • Every stub under docs/public/advanced/insights/ and docs/public/technical/ points at the current slug, with the #N of its link text, so an old manual address still reaches its essay in one hop. The stubs' comment says why the target's number differs from the stub's own.
  • Report Migration's link follows the rename (Fix typos in technical documentation #29 is Replace single quotes with backticks in all UI5 bindings #33 now).
  • AGENTS.md records the renumbering under "Addresses that have moved".
  • blog/teaser-posts.md no longer claims that its order is the site's numbering. It keeps the order in which the posts went out.

Merge after abap2UI5/insights (the PR that renumbers), so the stubs never point at a slug that is not live yet. The insights site also keeps a refresh page for every old slug of its own.

npm run check: green. The controls and samples gates were skipped locally: no network listing, no samples checkout.

claims its order is the site's numbering.
