fix(backfill): preserve each session project attribution

Summary

Fixes #425.

The default backfill traverses multiple projects, but its stager receives one project name derived from the invoking cwd. The same name is placed in every summary prompt and pending manifest entry, mislabeling sessions from other projects.

Use the first usable cwd recorded in each transcript, supporting Claude top-level cwd and Codex session_meta/turn_context payload cwd. Reuse the existing project-name helper and retain the provided project only as a fallback. Preserve literal spaces and dollar replacement characters in project names.

Version Bump

No release requested. Package versions, dependencies, lockfiles and release workflows are unchanged.

Test plan

• Repository-native regression tests on unchanged production source: 5 failed, 22 controls passed, zero skipped.
• Corrected focused suites: 27 passed, zero failed or skipped, with local typechecking passing.
• Exact submitted commit b602504283d2794b9d1d522a4b3e9b093d196080: independent Node 22/Linux full suite with coverage, 5,857 passed, zero failed, zero skipped. Typecheck, build, duplication guard, critical-only bundle audit and diff checks pass in the same isolated job.

Exact checkout, commands and validation logs. Results are for this branch alone, not borrowed from a combined patch branch. Tests use synthetic source/transcripts and temporary files, not customer data, real credentials or live model/backend calls.

Compatibility and limits

Already-staged manifest rows are not migrated. A session that changes directories keeps its first recorded project. Foreign-platform path parsing retains the existing helper behavior. This does not alter authentication, workspace routing, or cloud access.

Current open-PR file inventories and issue titles were checked before submission. A clean full macOS suite and native Windows execution are not claimed. Upstream CI and maintainer acceptance remain separate from the independent validation.
