Update the Binder badge and links from the deprecated mybinder.org/repo URL to the current mybinder.org/v2/gh/... format. Fixes #1305.

The README used the deprecated mybinder.org/repo URL format (broken). Update the badge and links to the current mybinder.org/v2/gh/aimacode/aima-python/master format. Fixes #1305.
