P2: This edit targets the generated README.md, not the source of truth. LingPipe still exists in README_SOURCE.md line 802, and GenerateReadme.java regenerates README.md from README_SOURCE.md, so the next regeneration re-adds the dead entry and the PR fails its goal. Remove the L-ingPipe line from README_SOURCE.md instead, then regenerate README.md.
