What changed in this PR
Adds GitHub Actions CI to validate pull requests against the project’s Java and Maven build requirements.
Changes:
- Runs CI for pull requests targeting
master. - Checks out the repository and configures Temurin JDK 25 on Ubuntu.
- Builds, tests, and runs SpotBugs and Checkstyle through Maven.
