Summary

Add complete prepared-statement batch execution support for Flight SQL JDBC.

  • Preserve parameter-row boundaries and execute every batch entry.
  • Return one update count per executed row.
  • Drain all PutResult responses and release Arrow resources on success and failure.
  • Translate batch failures to BatchUpdateException with partial update counts.

Test plan

  • Verify a ten-row batch returns ten update counts.
  • Verify a failed batch exposes prior counts and closes without allocator leaks.

Collect all prepared-statement update results and translate partial batch failures to BatchUpdateException. Close response buffers on success and failure to prevent allocator leaks.
