ad94d2b68cd3cc2ef4d23df18aebe600a1caad24) todev/1.3.Wait for the
WALFlushListenerreturned by WAL writes instead of polling internal buffer consumption state. Remove redundant polling after synchronous WAL file rolls. Conflict resolution preserves the 1.3 WAL log overloads and separator-based record framing.Validation:
WALNodeWaitForRollFileTest: 6 tests passed.
