bump_version.py 0.4.0 0.5.0currently labels the unreleased 0.5.0 documentation as stable. Change the post-release bump to advance CMake and documentation to 0.5.0 while promoting the released 0.4.0 version to stable and keeping the development entry namedmain. Archive the previous stable only when its major.minor series changes.Add an independent
