The 3.9 gateway chart has the same missing wait-etcd settings and duplicate hostNetwork key as the main line.

Add optional initContainer.resources and initContainer.securityContext, with empty defaults, non-root configuration examples, and regenerated documentation. Emit hostNetwork once while preserving the DNS policy for host networking. Chart versions remain unchanged.

Validation: helm lint charts/gateway and eight rendering scenarios passed, covering Deployment/DaemonSet, default/custom/null settings, etcd disabled, and duplicate YAML keys. No live cluster installation was performed.
